1/ Our Rental Conditions
Bare Camping Pitch
This is a bare camping pitch for your tent, caravan, or motorhome.
Your stay is calculated based on a basic package that includes the pitch, the person(s) included in the selected package, your installation, your vehicle, and access to reception facilities, entertainment, and sanitary facilities.
Additional charges (private sanitary facilities, extra person, extra vehicle, pets, etc.) are not included in the package and will be added to the total.
Rental Accommodation
Our prices include occupants (according to the accommodation capacity), water, gas, electricity, one vehicle, and access to reception facilities, entertainment, and sanitary facilities.
Your accommodation must be returned in its original condition upon departure.
Requests for a specific pitch or accommodation location within the campsite can only be satisfied subject to availability upon arrival.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations.
Arrival and Departure
Pitches are available from 12:00 p.m. and must be vacated before 12:00 p.m.
Rental accommodations are available from 3:00 p.m. and must be vacated before 10:00 a.m.
An inventory check of the rental accommodation is carried out; the accommodation must be returned in its original condition even if the cleaning package is included.
Any damage may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Additional Charges
Regardless of the package chosen, additional fees will be charged for pets and visitors.
Our prices include all taxes except the tourist tax and the eco-contribution.
The tourist tax is charged at the same time as your accommodation.
It must be paid together with the balance of your stay (42 days before your arrival on site).
All visitors must register upon entering the campsite.
For liability reasons in case of an accident, access to the swimming pool is prohibited to outside visitors.
Unaccompanied minors are not accepted at the campsite.
2/ Our Booking Conditions
Deposit Payment
In the event of a booking, you must pay the booking fee (€29) plus a 25% deposit of the total stay amount. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Balance Payment
The balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
If you cancel the booking within 6 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date, you will be required to pay the full amount of your booking (excluding tourist tax and eco-contribution) unless you have opted for cancellation insurance.
Security Deposit
On the day of your arrival, a security deposit will be required if you have booked rental accommodation.
The deposit may be paid by bank cheque, cash deposit, or credit card imprint:
– Mobile home, Lodge cabin, Lodge tent + sanitary facilities: €230
– Pitch with or without private sanitary facilities: €115
The deposit will be refunded on the day of your departure after inspection of the accommodation in your presence, or after your departure if the inspection could not be carried out at that time.
Cleaning Package
The cleaning package is mandatory.
€67 for all mobile homes, cabins, and tents with or without sanitary facilities.
Heating
Accommodation: heating costs not included from 04/04 to 11/07 and from 29/08 to 28/09 (€0.60 per kWh).
Payment Terms
For both deposit and balance payments, you may pay for your booking or stay using the following methods: cheque, holiday vouchers, credit card, bank transfer, cash.
The client selects on the website or specifies on any document sent by the Service Provider the services they wish to order.
It is the Client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and to immediately notify the Service Provider of any errors.
The order will only be considered final after payment of the booking deposit and the sending to the Client of confirmation of acceptance of the order by the Service Provider, by email or postal mail, or by signature of the contract in the case of a booking made directly on the premises or where the Service Provider markets the services.
The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 42 days before the start of the stay.
If the balance is not paid within the indicated time limits, the booking will be considered cancelled and our cancellation conditions described below will apply.

Cancellation Insurance Option
The cancellation insurance fee amounts to 6% of the total stay amount, with a minimum of €30.
If you choose the cancellation insurance option and need to cancel your stay, the total amount paid will be refunded (minus the booking fee and the cancellation insurance fee).
3/ Last-Minute Booking
Any booking made less than 42 days before the arrival date must be paid in full and by credit card only.
4/ Late Arrival and Early Departure
In the event of late arrival or early departure compared to the dates stated on your booking confirmation, the full amount of the stay will remain due.
No refund will be granted for any unused portion of the stay.
