Internal regulations
1. Conditions of Admission and Stay
To be admitted to enter, set up, or stay on the campsite, authorization must be obtained from the manager or their representative. The latter is responsible for ensuring the proper conduct and order of the campsite, as well as compliance with these internal regulations.
Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of these regulations and an undertaking to comply with them.
No one may establish residence on the campsite.
2. Police Formalities
Unaccompanied minors will only be admitted with written authorization from their parents.
In accordance with Article R. 611-35 of the Code on the Entry and Stay of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum, the manager is required to have all foreign guests complete and sign an individual police registration form upon arrival. This form must include in particular:
1° Surname and first names;
2° Date and place of birth;
3° Nationality;
4° Usual residence.
Children under 15 years of age may be included on one of the parents’ forms.
3. Installation
Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed on the pitch indicated and in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or their representative.
4. Reception Office
Open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
At the reception office, you will find all information regarding campsite services, supplies, sports facilities, local tourist attractions, and various useful addresses.
5. Display of Information
These internal regulations are displayed at the reception office.
They may be provided to any guest upon request.
For classified campsites, the classification category (tourism or leisure) and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed.
Prices for the various services are communicated to customers in accordance with the conditions set by order of the Minister for Consumer Affairs and are available for consultation at reception.
6. Departure Procedures
Guests are requested to inform the reception office of their departure the day before leaving. Guests intending to leave before the reception office opens must settle their bill the day before departure.
7. Noise and Silence
Guests are asked to avoid any noise or discussions that may disturb their neighbors.
Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Doors and trunks must be closed as quietly as possible.
Dogs and other animals must never be left to roam freely. They must not be left at the campsite, even if confined, in the absence of their owners, who remain civilly liable for them.
The manager ensures the peace and quiet of guests by setting hours during which total silence must be observed.
8. Visitors
After authorization by the manager or their representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers hosting them.
Guests may receive one or more visitors at reception. Campsite facilities and services are accessible to visitors; however, use of these facilities may be subject to a fee according to a rate displayed at the campsite entrance and at reception.
Visitors’ vehicles are not permitted inside the campsite.
9. Traffic and Vehicle Parking
Within the campsite, vehicles must not exceed a speed limit of 5 km/h.
Traffic is permitted from 7:00 a.m. to midnight.
Only vehicles belonging to guests staying at the campsite may circulate within the grounds. Parking is strictly prohibited on pitches usually occupied by accommodations unless a designated parking space has been provided. Parking must not obstruct traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals.
10. Conduct and Appearance of Installations
Everyone must refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly sanitary facilities.
It is forbidden to dispose of wastewater on the ground or in gutters.
Guests must empty wastewater into the facilities provided for this purpose.
Household waste, rubbish of any kind, and paper must be placed in the bins provided.
Washing is strictly prohibited outside the designated sinks provided for this purpose.
Use of the shared washing machine and dryer is permitted from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to drive nails into trees, cut branches, or plant vegetation.
It is not permitted to mark out a pitch using personal means or to dig into the ground.
Any damage to vegetation, fences, grounds, or campsite facilities will be charged to the person responsible.
The pitch used during the stay must be maintained in the condition in which the camper found it upon arrival.

No violent or disruptive games may be organized near the facilities.
Children must always be under the supervision of their parents.
13. Storage of Unoccupied Equipment
No unoccupied equipment may be left on the campsite without prior approval from management and only in the designated location. This service may be subject to a fee.
14. Breach of Internal Regulations
If a resident disturbs the stay of other guests or fails to comply with these internal regulations, the manager or their representative may, verbally or in writing if deemed necessary, require the person concerned to cease such disturbances.
In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply, the manager may terminate the contract.
In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may call law enforcement authorities.
a) Fire
Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
Only gas or electric barbecues are permitted.
Charcoal is strictly prohibited.
In case of fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers are available if needed. A first aid kit is available at the reception office.
Charging of electric vehicles is permitted exclusively at the charging station located near reception (strictly prohibited in rental accommodations and on camping pitches).
b) Theft
Management is responsible for items deposited at the office and has a general obligation to supervise the campsite. Campers remain responsible for their own equipment and must report any suspicious persons to management. Guests are advised to take the usual precautions to safeguard their belongings.
