Gardens in the Black Perigord

Remarkable gardens for nature walks

Eyrignac

Eyrignac

Near Sarlat, the superb plant sculptures of the 7 gardens of Eyrignac stretch over more than 10 hectares around the 17th century family manor house: formal flowerbeds, ponds, rose gardens, flower gardens of a thousand colours, fountains, lawns, a vegetable garden… it is a real spectacle of nature which is offered to you!
Awarded the “Jardins remarquables” label in 2004, the gardens of Eyrignac are an invitation to meditation and reverie.

Campagne

The park of the neo-Gothic castle of Campagne, property of the Dordogne Department located between Les Eyzies and Le Bugue and which is not open to visitors, is home to a rich arboretum: sequoias, magnolias, cedars, cypresses, plane trees and many other species which make it a park labelled “remarkable garden”…
The plant maze to reach the “Arbre de mai” (May Tree) is a great attraction for children…
